ERP 5.2 Return Material Authorisation troubleshooting
Posted: Tuesday, August 12, 2008 8:10 PM (CST)
Hi,  I use Intuitive ERP 5.2 version. I'm trying to do a Return Material Authorisation (RMA). (Customer has returned product and I need to book the stock back in by creating an RMA). Previously it has worked with no problems and now I can not complete the RMA.  I have contacted the ERP support team and they can't seem to help me. Can anyone please help me in fixing the following problem: On ERP, I go via Return Material Authorisation, then go to forms and RMA Maintenance. I key in the relevant information and after I enter the Sales Order ID I hit the enter button and then it comes up with an error message and I keep hitting the ok button numerous times to clear this.  I continue on but it doesn't give me access to the field under RMA qty where I should be keying in the total qty returned and I cannot finish this transaction because of it.

Hi,  We have found the problem.  It has to do with the date format.  When the original invoice was generated it was generated in the USA date format (mm/dd/yy). When we came to do the RMA we had changed the date format to Australian (dd/mm/yy).  This was not agreeing with ERP.  So we had to revert back to the USA date format which allowed us to complete the RMA.
