We are a Scottish manufacturing company. We have difficulty with the Scan for Exceptions report and have discussed this at length with Consona and their support team. However, we are advised that our difficulty may only be resolved by a lengthy process leading to significant software changes.
I am very keen to discuss how other users have found the report (Scan for Exceptions) and how they cope with its limitations. I would be very grateful if anyone willing to discuss their usage with me would email me and indicate a convenient time to call. We are 8 hours ahead of Pacific time here in Scotland
